Sine Wave Star

On November 11th, Lily at Tatterme.com did a blog post intitled "Who Am I and Who Do I Belong To?" . At the time I found it quite funny as I was working on the same project and was at about the same point in the pattern as she was.

A couple of days later Lily unveiled that it was Jeff at Bridge City Tatting's pattern Sine Wave Star.

Here is mine.

Not that it took me over a month to finish it, it just took me that long to show it to you. :-)

Tat On!

Hi Bonnie,

Yours tatted up SO much nicer than mine!

How did you manage to get yours to lay flat? I mean, did you have any trouble with it cupping?

I haven't had a chance to revisit this pattern yet, but I surely do want to give it another go to see if maybe I did something wrong.

Also, I think it would look pretty spiffy to put beads in where the picots join... what do you think?

I like the colors you chose. Is that a variegated?
