Fabric Postcard with Tatting

A few weeks ago a friend from work, Patricia, found some old tatting shuttles at a garage sale for me, to thank her I made this fabric postcard.

The dachshund was originally made here, I just never got around to finishing it into the postcard. I think it turned out pretty cute. Since Patricia, has a dachshund she will be very pleased I'm sure.

*Blogger still won't let me stay signed on to leave comments on any blog posts. I've cleaned out, cleared out, reset passwords, any and everything I can think of to do. Any one else have any ideas that may work?

Tat On!

I love the fabric postcard! Some day I will try one... promise! Mine sits in a special place in my sewing room to inspire me. It's one of the few things I can always locate. ; )

I'm still having trouble with some blogs. Sometimes if I try again, I can get through to leave comments. I sure wish I had a solution!

Your postcard rocks. That is exactly the kind of tatting I'm drawn to. Small motifs, critters + insects.

Maybe I'll grow up one day!

I have 'block tatting' on my 'to learn' list. I have a couple books and may succeed!
